NBL markup

NBL markup is used everywhere in our web presence. It's generally Textile with following additions:

• Double square brackets for wiki-links. Use | for named link, / in beginning for absolute link. Examples:

/wiki/Voker57/contact nbl_markup This Page

• > in beginning of line for quotations. It's shorthand for at-signs around the quote. Examples:

> But i'm still chasing chitlins, whiskey and skirt

• Single square brackets for making link a link. Pity textile can't do that. Example:
